I love the style of the light, but I have two of them and both of them have problems with motion detection. One seems to come on randomly, and usually not when there is motion. The other only comes on if there is motion in a very specific area of its view. They're mounted fairly high up on the outside wall of the house (about 17 feet up), so that may have something to do with the problems I'm having with them.

There was almost no information on mounting instructions. I improvised for my wall mount application.

The light adjust well left to right and up and down however the motion detector has very limited left and right movement. For my application I got just barely enough side adjustment to suit my needs.

Overall, it worked out well for me.

The sensor aspect is not adequate..one has to dance up a storm to get the light to be activated. This is the danger of "on-line" shopping. Oh well. Certainly not a major investment

Good lighting and with only one bulb an energy saver.
